Its hard when you have an adjustment and u might loose a few kilos in a few days but once the pain is gone you just stuff your face with food again and gain the weight u loss + more. during the days after my adjustm...

im only 4months in. its just sucks cause this visilble to everyone when i speak being on my fronts, so it very noticeable and hope its not going to be like this for 12 months or something

Heya all, Not sure if this is suppse to happen but after my second ajustament with a new wire, the gap between my two front teeth are getting wider and wider each time i look. Hey guys, After my second adjustment about 2 days ago, im experiencing what i expeirenced when i first got my braces. The ortho changed a new wire and i havent eaten so far and i dont think i will for a few more days. I cant even chew bread or even let my teeth touch one another. Its killing. Funny ...

i eat anything.... just takes some time and more effort

eg cutting up into smaller peices and chewing carefully

Wow, first adjustment took about 5minutes. Overall it wasnt to bad accept when the ligs were re applied to some of the tooths that were still alittle sore. I had it tightened and replaced the old ligs with new grey ones. One question, When the ortho says tighten, does that mean he puts the lig on bu...

for me about 4-5 days

by then the brackets and wires hae made grooves in my mouth so they sit/touch nicely without any discomfort
