i wouldn't call it cracking but more of a popping sound. i think that indicates that your teeth are moving. no worries. you're making progress.

i agree. i'm in my 2nd day of braces (top ceramic) and eating as well as flossing seem like a cruel joke with these things. everything gets stuck in them unless you're on a liquid diet and flossing takes me at least 15 - 20 minutes. i hope this shrinks as i get more comfortable with the akwardness o...
