Feel happy that you do not have any pain - that's great! And who needs pain anyway?
I had no real pain so far and my teeth have moved a lot (at least to me )

So - today I had my 3rd appointment at the ortho's. And the "only" thing he did today was re-adjusting the lower archwire.....I guess I am being silly but somehow I expected more to happen....a stronger (lower) archwire for example (it's still the first one). AND he told me that next time ...

Funny that you write this - I have the same feeling every now and then...it just feels like "not right" to eat until I finally notice "well, there is no other way" then leaving that stuff in while eating I really thought I was being silly :-) After two months I have really gotten...

That's the best part about braces - you really notice some change pretty quickly!

My problem is I "clap" with my teeth just before I fall asleep and during the night I clench.....I realized that I also do this during the day (not as bad as during the night) - my lower jaw is never really relaxed...and this is new to me - only started with my braces....

I guess we all experience the same )

My colleagues tend to say something like "oh I have not seen your braces before - please show me" - and that in the middle of me having my Salad!!!!!

What do they think - can't they ask after I have just brushed them?

We have the same tv series here!!!

And I really cannot stand it!

What I heard after I got braced was "that looks much better than I thought!!! I really feared that would look like Lisa Plenske from that series"
