Metal Mouth Message Board

My soncare brush head keeps getting stuck in my brackets.
Is this normal?

Congratulations! Even with the frustrations.. you look amazing!

The wire can sometimes stick out, but I've found if I twist the spring just a smidge it will not poke into my cheek anymore.

hope that helps. I think the springs do move teeth pretty fast. My once crowded lowers have a almost no contact now!

I am only 2 months into my braces. I have self-ligating. At my last appt. the ortho said the next visit that my top wire needs to be a 20/20 wire.. What does that mean?

I feel like I'm trying to decipher a foreign language!
