i just wanted to second what KK said. i got a lot of cement in between my teeth. my ortho's assistants checked before i left that floss could go through at the front (and ended up taking time to pick at it), but i still ended up having to go back to get a bit removed at the back yesterday.

a lot of the little boxes with dental wax have mirror on their inner lids...i don't think that would be too bulky or heavy. if you use wax this would serve a dual purpose (always good in camping situations).

also, yes KK is right...it was the acidity of the lemon juice mentioned as the reason. i just didn't think i ate enough lemon juice that it would matter. although thinking about it now i have had a lot of lemonade within recent weeks because it has been hot, in addition to using lemon juice in yummy...
