Same here. I don't bite using my front teeth at all. I chop everything into small pieces as much as possible. It is because I have the same issue as you; my front teeth hurt the most first of all and secondly, because my orthdontist said not to use my front teeth.

Do you have floss threaders? Thread it through like a needle and floss at normal. Annoying, but it works. However, I should be getting my electric flosser thing today in the mail so I hope that works better and easier than manual flossing.
