....I paid my last installment today. Yay!

I will have to pay for my retainers once I have my braces removed, whenever that will be, but I will worry about that when it happens. Feels such a relief to have paid my final installment though!

The ortho took out my top wire and bent it a little and then put it back in (havent had any wires removed and bent for a while so it feels like something is actually being done when he does!), he changed my ligs so they are all shiny and new, though he was trying...

The best thing to do is to drink anything that may stain like coffee, tea, etc through a straw, that helps to keep the ligs stain free. I am never witout a straw these days!

Well had my emergency appointment yesterday and the ortho replaced my broken bracket. The pain is really starting to set in now - just taken a couple of nurofen in the hope that will help.

Adjustment is in 2 weeks time.
