Hi there I had my 1st adjustment today, I have to admit I was a bit worried after hearing about how painful the first adjustment is but there was absolutely no problems at all, my ortho just popped on a new stronger wire and that was that, I felt the pressure straight away but theres no pain at all!...

Well if it takes your teeth x time to move straight, itll take them x time to move back, right? So they're not going back in 5minutes
Just follow your ortho's instructions and im sure you'll be fine.

I used colgate stuff at first, then I got listerine coolmint without flouride
Listerine feels as if it burns my mouth, but yeh guess it works then
