elastics

I change mine everytime I brush my teeth after eating. The super heavy 1/8 were a challenge to get on and I found it easier to use the hook and put them in from top to bottom. The sad part is that the older you get, the harder it is to see the little buggers!

water pik angst

My Water pik is dying after about 1 month of use. I was about to purchase another one and many of the reviews say the same thing about the units pooping out after a short amount of use. What models are people using and what are you happy with? :-}

it's good to whine sometimes

spacer pain

Ibuprofen should work better than aspirin since it is an anti-inflammatory. Try taking it at regular intervals for pain. I also got some relief with my waterpick using warm water and drank a lot of warm stuff like tea and coffee. The worst part is knowing that you can pick the things out. I had 12 s...

metal bands hitting teeth

This is my second time around and I was wondering if anyone has had problems with their molar bands hitting against teeth when they bite down? I just got parts of 2 bands sanded down and now I am just barely able to make contact with my back teeth. I look forward to eating something solid once again.
