Does this typically happen at night or during the day?

Awesome, thanks. I really hope so. It's getting better day by day, but hopefully it goes away soon!!!! Did everyone in Essix follow the 24/7 thing faithfully? I kind of wonder if I can get away with a break or two throughout the day.

I was debraced yesterday and had 3 hours of glorious freedom (great results!), but I came back and had my Essix tops/bottoms put in and my lisp is OUTRAGEOUS! Does this go away? My s's are terrible. Does anyone really wear these things 24/7? Can't I just wear these things when I'm home?? I don't kno...

How bad is lisping with Hawley/Essix? Do people really gag with them? I've read so much about these two retainers, but I guess I can't find a consensus on how it makes you talk! I get my braces off in October.

Sorry for the deceiving title! 8) When you get a final appointment date how far is that typically from debanding? Is it your next appointment or two away? Just curious to know if anyone's got that lined up yet and how far away that is from the date they received. I should find out today, hopefully.....
