Well I have had my upper and lower ones on for over a week.I am eating normal foods and nothing ever hurt.I am of coarse careful when I eat and make sure I chew everything properly.I ate a hamburger two days after I got them on.I haven't had to use any wax at all,so I have 5 packs of those just sitt...

I have had braces on for 2 days and haven't had any pain.I did just try to eat and it was a struggle to chew.I am not going to try that again for a while.Plus I ended up with a whole lot of stuff in my teeth.Thank God I got an irrigator.

Well they are on!!!!It doesn't hurt at all and it didn't when they put them on.I was there from 11:20 until 1pm.It didn't feel that long.The only thing is that he had to put a spring on the lower right side to help expand my teeth.It is kinda visable but only if you are right next to me of if I prob...
