It wasn’t that bad, yesterday afternoon went and took 4 of my teeth out, so the orth can pull my front teeth back.Going to the orth tomorrow for elastics to start to close the gap=) The extractions itself wasn’t that bad, the doc gave me like few shots of drug and then after 30mins.. all 4 teeth...

the elastics i'm referring to is the one that is use to close the gap from my extractions. I dont mean powerchain or the loop chain. o I also found out that the wires that is current in my month is call laceback wire (the one that twist around).. here is more info http://www.archwired.com/Photos-Mac...

brace (elastic) are put on right after extractions?

I schedule to have my extractions done this coming sept 27 and elastic to put on to close the gap on Sep,28.. 1 day after (24hours)dose any have or had have a similar schedule???

u know this sucks..on top of him being so busy... the other thing is.. I told him I want Self-ligating brackets , he just put on the tradional brace!!.. and he said there no big different in time!!?? is the righ!!???

I just feel kind of suck now

Im not sure if I should be frustrated with my Orth. It almost next to impossible to get to talk to him.. The receptions always say he is busy and if I do talk to him.. He always sounds like he's in a hurry. Right now I schedule to extractions a day right before he put on the elastic to close the gap...

battleangel232232, it sounds like you already have your braces on, so maybe that is right. ya I have my brace on now , but is doing nothing except to sit in my teeth. My orth told me things will start to move when he put the elastic on which is done 1 day RIGHT after my extractions.. so my concern ...

The last couple of months are also for letting your teeth "settle". It's important to let your teeth relax in their final position for a month or so in order to help them stabilize.
