LOL - this post is great - kudos for asking the question alwayshungry!

I hate my turbo, but I was considering asking my ortho to keep it in so I don't have to do... stuff! (my hubby is counting down though!)

Ouch - my teeth are even more sensitive since I started this journey. I used to have sensitivity only to cold, now it's both cold and hot.
I am swtiching to Sensodyne toothpaste for the time being and I hope it works

KJM - Thanks for the advice and encouragement... unfortunately, I can't chew gum - I can't chew anything with this Turbo in!!!!

Thanks for all of the encouragement. I am down to 2-3 cigarettes a day, I used to smoke about 6-7. It doesn't help that I have bite turbos in and can't spend my cravings on crunchy foods!!!

Wow, I can totally relate!!! I am 3 days into braces and miserable about these darn Turbos I am also quitting smoking and between the hunger and nicotine craving , I am pretty darn grumpy

Hi! I had 4 teeth extracted with no changes to my facial profile. It wasn't a bad procedure, but my dentist gave me Ativan to take the night before and day of and to be quite honest, I don't remember a thing!!!
