Well, I get ear infections a lot. I always have. Especially in my right ear. Everytime I get a cold, even a little sniffle, I end up with an ear infection in my right ear. I've been braced for two weeks, and I keep getting ear aches in my right ear. Sometimes they last for a couple of days. Anyone else had this? Is it just a coincidence or could the braces be causing this? I'm not sure if I should go to my regular doctor or call my ortho.

I got braced on Wednesday too. Ugh. I'm still pretty sore. Jamba Juice is my new favorite restaurant.

I don't even have my braces yet - day after tomorrow! - and I've had trouble getting floss stuck and shredded in my very tight teeth. One time I had a piece stuck in there for DAYS! It drove me crazy.

Of course, now I recognize that feeling as the feeling of having a spacer!

Well, if the spacers are the worst part, then I'm not too worried. I'm sore and tender, but I can live with it. I found a couple things today that were too uncomfortable to eat, but I certainly didn't go hungry today.
