Metal Mouth Message Board

My bite was perfect before i started, but ive noticed when i take the trays off to eat, i think i may be developing an underbite... anyone else have this problem? also, as long as im posting, should i be worried if i dont feel any pushing/pain anymore? it just kinda feels like im wearing a mouthguar...

I feel like my uppers are glued to my teeth. I also have pretty sensitive gums. What are the tricks of the trade? any good methods for easy removal?
