So far I've had my braces for 2 months . I've had the expander for about a month too. Tuesday was my first adjustment. It was a little painfull but well worth it.

Tell me about it. It is soo impossible to eat these past two weeks. But my ortho told me it should get better. I have my 1st adjustment in three weeks im so excited. I'll keep you guys posted with pictures.

Hey guys here are some pictures of my braces, I've had them on for three weeks.


Here is a picture of my expander placed a week ago.

You'll be fine. I'v had my expander for a week now. I'm still having trouble talking but from the advice I've got from this awesome site, it will get better as weeks go by.

I hear ya! I have full lips and with the braces they look even bigger. But I have notices ever nice I got my braces my lips have been really dry. Thank god for chap stick. lol
