I started my second set last night and they're so much tighter than my first set! OMG! I remember my lower teeth being the most sore with my first set. This time, it's my upper that's extremely sore...especially on the right side. Man, I hope I get used to this.

I'm on tray 2 of 17. For some reason they made me wear my first tray for 4 weeks instead of 2. From here on out, I change every 2 weeks. Yay!

What type of file are you using? I know that sounds like a dumb question but I tried one today and that area is still rough. I thought I'd filed enough to make a difference but I had to go get some wax. I couldn't take it anymore...the entire underside of my tongue is irritated.
