I thought i would go with boring black this adjustment! and i love it makes my teeth look very white! still stuck with the clear powerchain, so another month of yellow! but at least it does the job

Hey drama! the uk seems quite limited on dental supplies for brace wearers but there are things out there!! i for one love floriguard (sp) mouthwash by colgate nice taste and full of flouride which is always a plus :D interdental brushes are available from boots and superdrug but i prefer the teepee...

I had to give up using this excellent mouthwash when i had my braces put on! i found the green stuff just got everywhere and i ended up having to brush all over again. so gave that up very quickly haha

i now use colgate floride mouthwash which is good but you dont see the evidence in the sink!
