Don't worry. It's normal. Teeth are moving. Especially in the early days when braces are just on, the feeling of flossing keeps changing too. I recall for several days some teeth are extreamly sensitive to flossing, some are hard to get in between, some are on the other hand, much easier to get thro...

Poor thing. To make you feel better, when I was just braced, I got holes in the cheek as well as "cheek strings". The strings were pretty disgusting. The good news is that these did go away. Salt water rinse helped a lot.

Ellebee, yes, with the occlusal pads, it's tricky to chew. But you'll be amazed at how quickly you'll get used to it.
