I've used the bleach system that you use at home over 1-2 weeks. i found the results very good, and liked the control I had over how white I went! It can make your teeth a bit sensitive, so an anti-sensitive toothpaste is essential!!

It's not normally too much of a problem if it's loose-as long as it's not falling out! Your Orthodontist can easily tighten it up if you pop back to see him!
