My b-day was December 4/06 at the ripe old age of 50!!! Part of me wishes that I'd done this as a child, but I'm mostly glad that I waited to be braced as an adult - one more thing to have fun with!!!

I have a mouth full of crowns and even a bridge and, so far, no problems. I don't have any brackets on crowns/bridges because my problems are all in the front of my mouth and everything is moving nicely.

Fortunately, I had lots of room for movement so the crowns are staying in place.

Well, I survived - and quite well, too. I have one tooth in particular that's giving me some grief, but nothing like what I expected. There's a lot more pressure and I'm being very gentle with what I eat, but I thought I'd be in agony. I went with metallic blue ligs this time (still haven't mastered...
