Every 10 weeks or so, only just had first adjustment though! My Ortho always explains that one of the advantages with Damon 3's are the longer time periods between appointments - good for me as ends up being cheaper!

Brilliant, my ortho has also been quoting 12 months tops, hoping that he might also release me early from my Damon 3's...very encouraging:)

Did your Ortho make any particular comment for your early release? Ie, you'd been particularily diligent in looking after them etc?

Just had Damon 3 top and bottom (well 2 days ago..) - worst bit so far is the talking..eating is also a bit of a pain, hoping will improve though. Best of luck for Monday!
