Hi Kaka, I read your story and I empathise with u. I guess I'm in an almost same situation as you. My younger sister also dislike me because she thinks I'm prettier but I lack confidence whenever I have to smile or take pictures because I hated my teeth. Your teeth are much better than mine and so t...

X-rays probably would reveal whether it really was bone lost. I guess your smile would be off the midline if u have 2 bicuspids on one side and 1 on the other. Maybe u can try asking your friends to help you decide or look into the mirror youself and see if it is obvious. If not, maybe you can go fo...

If I do need extractions later in the treatment, I'll also ask them to pull out the premolar with filling. I had one with filling and its a second premolar too.

Oh and if I may ask you a question? How long did it take to have yours installed? Mine took 20 minutes and I have been curious as to the install time for other Damon wearers. I know when I had my first set of braces installed when I was younger it took 2 hours, which is what I was expecting when I ...

People with Damon braces only...

Hi all! I know there are alot of people with damon braces. I've read previous thread on damon braces but there are really quite a lot of put off of the system and very little personal comments on the type of brackets that I'll like to know about. Wow congrats! If it was me, I'd ask! I didn't want false hope because the roots being stable is the most important. If it looks great, might not mean the braces will be off nxt visit like I have wished for becasue the roots need to stablise.

I rinses well a few times to get rid of food particles that can be rinsed away, then I floss, and then brush. It was recommended in my country's dentists assoc to floss first to get rid of the food in between teeth, then brush them away.

Hi. My fren had 4 extractions but her lips STILL do not close as people do when they pronounce for eg the "m" sounds. I think its kind of habitual for her to do that since she had protuding teeth for very long. For me, my situation is just like yours! I had damon2s on first and considering...
