I just had brackets put on (self-ligating kind), no wire yet, long story.
Whenever I smile or speak for that matter, my lips get caught on some of the brackets when I close my mouth. Any good tips to alleviate this?

Has anyone researched nutrition for teeth movement, e.g., whether an increase in certain vitamins, proteins, etc. help to move teeth faster?

I have had my braces for less than 24 hours and I have already had a bracket come off...Is this likely because I don't have the wire in yet?

Is this typical? I only had a club cracker...its not very hard...
