unless you are getting banded tightly for a long period of time or wired i wouldn't bother with zip and squeeze there just a waste of money as you prgress so quickly after surgery i doubt you will get much or any use out of them i was bk on soft food straight out of surgery and by 2 weeks out had ch...

hiya i had lefort done and also had rhynoplasty

i got my lefort done on the 3rd of october and then my nose done in march

ad say leave it a couple of months before you go ahead and get it done and swelling takes alot longer than 5 weeks to go down

sooo give it time :D

hey i use fake bake its a bit expensive but it works really well i use the spray just for convenice but i get the best streak free tan from the moose or lotion i apply it in the evening before bed and sleep with it on and wash off excess in the morning it works really well :D

i wanted my shape changed i guess they never done that they said they thinned my bridge and removed the slight hump i had but it doesn't look like they have am hoping the areas they worked on are alot more swollen soo just looks the same but is not really hahaha i can live with it anyway or in a few...

just bring up your concerns about your nose and what bothers you and they may just incorprate the nose job in with your jaw surgey

and yup i had it over the nhs
