I like the results but man are they subtle, I've got a more regular profile now but still a flat midface area. well I'm talking conventional le fort here. The middle image meryaten shows is the conventional one; the red line show the cut line of the bone itself, but I'm sure that soft tissue/skin above that line is affected, i.e - its looks like there is more fuller?
