How often do all of you get x-rays taken besides the initial records? I switched orthodontists halfway through my treatment. My first orthodontist never took any x-rays after the initial records were taken. When I switched orthodontists, I had records taken again, which is understandable. I have bee...

Lucy did you brush, floss, use interdental brushes and rinse first ... coz if you did and you still had enough plaque to turn your toothbrush pink ... ophs ... sounds like you need to review how to keep your oral hygiene up to scratch. Haha let's not jump to conclusions. I usually did a quick brush...

To be honest, I've never used my travel brush >.> I also don't eat very much when I'm away from home anyway, and especially not things that get stuck more easily (vegetables are the worst). XD I do chew...

When I used those, I sawed them in half with a regular dinner knife. The most irritating thing for me was when the bristles on my toothbrush turned pink. XD not sure why... that was just very irritating.

I got 4 bicuspids pulled old-school. I only got local anesthesia, and I didn't take any drugs afterwards. It kind of sucked XD

I have to get my wisdoms out at some point... so not looking forward to it >.> only a third of my friends who've done it already had smooth recoveries.

I got those exact 4 extractions. My orthodontist actually wanted me to get 4 wisdom teeth out all on the same day, and I was like... noooooooo way. Sometimes, I still wonder if these gaps will really be closed, but there's no turning back now. I figure, I've got a lot of teeth, so I can spare some p...

My lips don't crack as long as I have some form of lip balm on. The type doesn't really matter. My regular dentist actually gives her patients minty lip balm, and I got some from my oral surgeon too, so I'm use those right now. Teatree mint is great XD
