I would seriously seek another othodontic to correct the problem.... After 3yrs and no signs improvement, i suggest you start looking again again and treat this $11k as a bad investment decision. Try: Barbican Orthodontics They do Linguals (incognito) braces which are super. I wear linguals on the top and ceramics on the bottom. Linguals are great, no problems with speech after two weeks. However, with linguals you have to be careful on how you eat your food cause the elastic bands do easily...
