Actually, I found that my mouth feels better after I floss, specially when things are sore and irritated.

My, I agree with Braced, you really need to call your ortho, I know mine preaches about flossing regulary.

Do you drink alot of cola or coffee? Maybe this is staining them? I am a heavy coffee drinker and my bottem teeth tend to get stained. Kind of strange because my top teeth don't.

Mine are regular braces. I have damon brackets on about half my teeth and bands on the rest because of porceline caps and brackets that kept popping.

I would vote for either of the toothbrushes. My husband has a waterpick and loves it. I have a RotoDent toothbrush and love it more. But he doesn't have braces and I do.
