Can they extract my wisdom teeth while i have my braces??

I know he is going to put ina stronger wire he said somethig about 12 or 14 (not too sure what that means). I am excited it has been 8 weeks! I can't bite into food either normally! I have to cut or tear things up in bite size pieces!

I have only ben in braces 3 weeks or so and my wire on the bottom is not connected to my back teeth anymore? On my right side it isn't connected to the last two teeth? Will they still move without being connected?

Those of you who are braced... how do you go about cleaning your teeth at work. I just had a salad and it had black beans and corn in it and I think it was a mistake... I am still pulling out stuff... grr

I have a spring too and I just got braced last Wednesday and I feel the same way I don't feel like it is working hard or really working at all but I am sure it is. As for pictures if you look at all the posts I have made there is one titled springs and someone did post their picture!
