I've had them nearly 8 months i think.
No recent adjustment, an the side of my face is now slightly swollen.
I don't know why.



I wont get rid of them, that past few months would have been pointless then but they've never hurt this much. I had a bottle of JD's that helped

I think its rather normal, i show 6 yet i have a small face and mouth, but it seems normal to me.

I found it really painful to begin with and my mouth was torn up by the brackets also. I thought it was bad but it went so quickly half the time i don't even realise they're there anymore its brilliant, and im amazed at hopw quickly braces start shifting your teeth!!! I like it.
