Exactly !!! You may go through an awful lot of them but flossing always goes quicker that way . With the superfloss stuff it would always get tangled up on my archwire or start to shred from the bracket now I don't have that problem.

I had four teeth extracted and they are pulling my teeth back on top and forward on bottom to keep my teeth from shifting on bottom they put me in a LHA Its a little bar that fits behind me teeth and keeps them from filling in the extraction hole. I do wish you the best of luck

I myself use the floss threaders . They seem to work VEEERRYY well with me because like most of you my floss tends to get really slimey with saliva <yuck> . I tie my floss to the threader like a needle and thread and double tie it to the threader <I> , and I go over the archwire and pull up between ...

I don't have any pics uploaded yet of my colors but my very first colors were light pink , bright orange , and lime green . Currently I have orange and yellow <don't like the yellow at all>.

I myself use a small orthodontic brush that looks like a little mascara brush and my ortho. has bragged about how clean it is kept , but do what you think is best. I have only had my expander for about 3 weeks.

I appologize deeply for me just blowing up , but braces are not embarrasing at all and I do wish the best for you!

How are braces embarrasing? They aren't painful at all either you have to have dedication and determination. I myself didn't want to get them , but now as I sit here in them I am so happy my parents were going to pay for them . Think of the outcome and get a positive attitude about them.

I myself have lost 15 pounds, but I don't know if its from me starting to run miles or from the braces but I hope I keep loosing it . It won't hurt my figure a bit

Oh don't even get me started . I REAAAAALLLLLLYYYY want a carmel apple dipped in chocolate with crushed peanuts on top , or just plain old popcorn from the cinnama.

If I am not mistaking I will be 17 and a half years old.

Well thanks for all of the advice. I am now in full braces and had my RPE installed today. My mouths a bit sore , but i am dealing with it , because I keep thinking this is for me to have a perfect set of pearly whites . It took mine 3 hours to put on .
