Can anyone tell me things I need to do the night before my braces go on ? Anything that ya'll would recommend .

Your teeth are coming along nicely . How many teeth did you have extracted ? I have four and my braces are soon to go on . Are they horrible ???? I am scared to death about them .

Spacers is the worst so far for me and I have had a total of 10 in my mouth . I've had teeth extractions and bands put on and spacers were awful for me because my teeth were so tight together . I am sceduled to get braced and my appliances put in on march 13 and its not to long away so wish me luck...

Your teeth look GREAT!!! I am just starting my process . I go to get 4 extractions soon , and not long after that I get braced . Has anyone had an RPE , Lingual expander, and braces at the same time?

I hope so they did this because I have to have an RPE (rapid paletal expander) at 14 I am scared and mixed up in confusion , but i hope this is the worst of it.

I am at my third day with these horrid things everything gets stuck on them it bugs me . Thanks maybe the pain won't be as bad tomorrow . I get anything on the teeth they are between because it hurts so bad, but the good thing is my next app. is in thirteen days maybe they'll come out then.
