Braces don't get your teeth perfect, but cosmetic dentistry can help. How can your teeth, or mine, be perfect after so many years of being misaligned? My lower front teeth are worn differently..and I am only 28.?? Braces get teeth straight, and then you go from there.

I never had a big problem with spacers. They were uncomfortable but felt nothing like thicker wires and powerchains, but my teeth got used to them after 3-4 days. To have spacers until march 21st..? I loved the early adjustments. All that they did was to change the ligs and pull the wire. The more crooked your teeth are the easier it is. The straighter they are you don't look forward to the next month.
