:lol: Hi Karen Yes they feel better already...must be those purple ligs, but the little elastic the ortho tied around the brackets on the lower arch broke off today, was just hanging in my mouth...had a band practice, so could not sing with it hanging..or indeed play my flute or didjeridoo that well...
