Having just been de-braced I would do nearly anything to avoid having my bite messed up again. I would choose another orthodontist based on recommendations from people you trust and see if he/she will do a consultation free. What has he got to lose?

I had a cleaning at the dentist right after I got de-braced and they got most of the discoloration off. I am now using whitener to get rid of the rest and it's going away nicely. See what your dentist says! And it really isn't THAT bad!

I've already devoured the carmel corn the ortho gave me! My deep bite was the reason I got braces, and you're right, it's perfect now. I am SO glad I did it!

I am totally pleased; they came out of the braces looking even better than I imagined. The results are even more dramatic if you could see a full face photo. Retainer in two days, upper only at night. Bonded retainers up and down which I am used to already.

My estimated time was 27 months and I'm done after 25. Ortho says it's because I wore my elastics as prescribed. Now I'm glad I did!
