My arch wire pops out in the bottom ALOT,I was wondering if its bad for me to pop it back in myself?

Do you guys keep one for home and one in a carry bag? I think I may keep a "kit" for my purse so I am never without. What are good things to keep? I know they have kits you can buy. I plan on arranging my own after I get my kit from the ortho.

I am finding that my electric tooth brush on the gums helps with the pain. It's only day 1 with spacers.....hopefully the next 6 days will fly by!
