Powerchains are not joke along with filing between the teeth to create more space. Day 1 and 2 I think was worse that the first time I got braced

Some people don't need spacers also because they may already have the space where the Ortho made it to be in order to band them.

Thanks to everyone took the time to view and comment on my brace journey. My Ortho. said that it may take less two year for my treatment. He says that my teeth are moving very fast and good says that I am ahead like 4-5 month.

Sorry didn't proof read my comment before submitting, but I should have my braces for 2 years.

My treatment should take about a year, hopefully they move faster so I can get out of them before then.

This take me back to the first time in my top braces. But I'm glad to be on my on this brace journey.

First Adjustment 3-27-2007, possible bottom will go next adjustment in six weeks. can't remember what it is called but they have a 0-ring extending from the bracket to archwire looping back to the bracket. DizzyKitty Thanks for posting this really encourage me to wait and that there is hope, I've only been braces for a week now, And I really won't to see some changes. Did you go through a lot of pain getting that canine in place?
