I went out drinking 1 time for about 4 hours and I took them out. I also have the bad habit of sneaking a few ciggies while I drink my beers so I didn't want to drink and smoke with them in..... I am hoping it didn't do any harm, I couldn't just pop them in and out and in and out to smoke ect... sta...

I don't have any buttons either. I hope nothing changes in my treatment plan making me have to get them for refinement. I am on the express plan though (I had braces for 2 years as a kid but never wore my retainer) so I only have 7 trays. That is nothing my dentist told me!! Really quick 3mons or so...

it has gotten a lot better!

I still hear it sometimes but the really bad part is gone.

I am relieved because I work on the phone alot and never realized how much I use the "s" sound before!

the brush-ups did not work well at all in my opinion. I am not suprised they were discontinued.

Great idea, but in reality they didn't foam up, didn't freshen breath, didn't even clean teeth.

I have a horrible lisp with the aligners in and I was wondering did this happen to anyone else? Does it go away? It is embarrassing!
