Hey and great progress indeed!


My estimated treatment time is 12 months and I am almost in my 11th month right now. It seems I will be done right around my one year mark, so my ortho's estimate was quiet accurate.

Wow, well all of you surely did better than me after I first got my braces on! I couldn't eat for about 3 days and NOT because of the pain. $3,000 just for TOPS! No insurance. $800 downpayment and $150 a month til the end of treatment. I've been paying $300 a month sometimes so I have one last payment of $150 left, which I will pay tomorrow at my adjustment.

Yup, I was also 21 when I got my braces. Too bad I didn't come in a year earlier, that way it would be fully covered by my insurance, but I ended up paying it in full from my own pocket, but I'm sure it's so worth it.
