Almost 10 months rarely use wax, but when I do I use alot haha. So far almost 2 small packages (actually used some today and noticed I was finishing up my second one) but no worries already have third one ready and packed in my dental kit

metalfangs, glad to hear that and pain is not a problem for me! Maybe it sounds strange but I always get a feeling of excitment when my teeth ache, because to me pain=progress and movement. I might try both clear and silver powerchains if I'll need to have them on for more than a month. Thanks!

Yeah, I learned that staying well hydrated helps alot with this.

So drink lots of water/fluids and it should improve.
