Hey

Still have them on...looks like another 8 months or so. I must say there are days I wish I never did it, but then there are others I am so happy I just did it. My teeth are looking awsome. I can't wait to get them off though. My advice...just do it. A year has gone by so fast.

Ok I know everyone is different and but I was wondering how long it was until you noticed a difference in your teeth. One month two? six? I am just feel like I am watching paint dry....and it's kind of discouraging.

So it's been a week since I've had my braces on. The first 3-4 days were rough and everything was sore. But I am happy to report all is well. There is virtually no pain. I did knock my two front teeth with my water bottle when I was on the tredmill....ouch but other than that I am barely aware that ...

I got braced last wednesday. Today (sat) has been the best day thus far. The strangest thing for me has been waking up in the morning and remembering they are still on there. LOL. I can't wait to see some movement.

Hey I am 31 mother of 2 boys and just got braced yesterday. I am excited and anxious at the same time. It's a long time in coming huh? So sorry to hear about the teasing. Kids can be cruel. I hope things go well for you, keep us posted

I got braced yesterday. How is it going thus far. I am sore, advil is my friend. This morning was really rough I woke up my teeth felt like they were throbbing. But I got through the day. I am getting used to the way they look and feel. How long will yours be on?

So needed to hear that it's going to get better. I feel like a wimp! I had oatmeal this morning and just let it slide down. Soup is on the menu for lunch and dinner.

So yesterday I got my upper braces on and was hardly in any pain, hard to chew but I was feeling pretty good. I woke up this morning and litterally my teeth felt like they were throbing. They hurt! Sad!

Congratulations on getting braces. Well, if you kids can't tell them I am glad that my daughter won't be able to tell. I wish you the best of luck on your orthodontic treatment. I am getting ceramic braces in 2 weeks. Please keep me posted on things with you! My braces are the "ice" kind....

Ok so today was my big b-day... I felt pretty prepared after reading tons of posts on here. It was really fast and painless. (thus far lol) I went with the clear...we debated my ortho and me and we decided on the clear. I am anxious to start seeing things change. I am very happy to finally have them...
