I'm from Toronto Canada.

I'm 20.

I've had my metal lowers on since May 1st 2006 and my ceramic uppers on since September 8th 2006.

Giant improvement, my ortho calls me her 'poster child' but shes just saying that to be nice.

Speaking of wisdom teeth... I haven't gotten mine out. eek!

perhaps the gap was made to make suitable room for the other teeth behind it, so that theres no crowding. i always had a gap between my two front teeth, and then during the beginning of the braces process the gap widened, but that was due to an appliance i had to wear. eventually the dentist, put a ...

the gap toothiness saga continues...

so all is going well, actually better than expected.
my ortho thought it would be a better idea to try and close the gaps w/ powerchains (?) than to just cover them up w/ bonding.
its going to take a little longer to finish now, but i really don't care.

the frenectomy wasn't that bad. of course it hurt like hell, and was rather uncomfortable to laugh, eat, and smile for the next week or so but after that it was perfectly fine, if not even better than before. i did get the procedure done at the ortho office, i got it done a little bit before i had t...

oh right and i forgot to mention the key turning.

its best to have someone else do it for you, but if you can do it on your own bravo :) because i sure couldn't.

anyways you do feel a bit of pressure, and very very slight pain for about 30 seconds then it goes away.

I had the upper expander with the key. and to be honest, I found it horrible. It was sooooo bad at first, I kept on gagging on my tongue, I couldn't eat anything that I really wanted and I had a hard time speaking. Once you get use to it, its not so bad, you'll occassionally have the slip of the ton...

i really think what she wants is money.
but who knows maybe i'm wrong, maybe it is the only option?
