For about a week or so I've only been wearing my aligners at night. How much damage am I doing? I'm hoping that I will be able to get on track by next week and just wear my current set for an extra week (three weeks instead of standard two). i bought one of those before my aligners came...but i quickly found out i didn't need it.

for me, it was useless cuase i just pop em out w/no probs at all

if you have a hard time taking them out, it might help

hmm, i think i'm gonna "stop by" my doc's office on mon/tuesday next week and ask what the heck is going on really surprised she isn't calling me back...all i got was message from receptionist saying "she'll call you when they arrive"...and i'm sitting there thinking, yeah, i KNO...

algabo - i'll second missmolly's warning...i too was only "supposed" to have 13/19 and has ended up many more with a LOT more time

BUT, on the bright side...my teeth are looking great and it's totally worth it...
