Well... as a matter of fact i've been told since i was 12 to go to the ortho (now i'm 21 :lol: and i finally did it) my dentist said one name at that time, a friend of her. later (last year) my dentist recomended to go to an occlutionist before going to the ortho so i started my journey on january 5...

while i had my spacers... i ate whateaver i wanted even if it hurt

nobody (even my ortho) said anything about chocolate

I could die without chocolate

i've been top-braced since March 8
and i didn't have much pain, i'm not used to use painkillers
i haven't done warm salt rinses... but i guess i'll start with those, it seems the're pretty good

first i got spacers, then molar bands
after extractions i got brackets and two weeks later y got fully braced on top

bottom nothing yet
