i think its fine now, i probably shouldn't have sprayed it with the mouth wash. the sore started to shrivel up after. the salt water defiantly helped, and thankfully the pain is subsiding.

I was wondering the same thing about pain. Since my leFort I and bsso setback i haven't had any pain at all other than the swelling. I was prescribed Percocet/oxycodone but due to my personal beliefs i have not used them. I guess we are just the lucky ones.
