thanks 4113n. I dont know what to do to be honest :? will speak to my ortho on Thursday when i see him. hopefully we can speed things up a bit and get rid of the metal. i only have ceramic ones on top so im not too badly off but at the same time im very aware of them.

my treatment is costing me €4,500 in total and my ortho is just across the road from my office so im lucky! have ceramic brace on top teeth since 24th Oct 2007 and ortho said it will take at least 12 months but i can see huge changes already so might not take that long after all. i hope :?

Thanks for the advice KK.Thankfully im not in any pain (which i was dreading) but my mouth feels so wierd. im sure i will get used to it and its ceramic also so not too obvious. Do salt water rinses help as per MIKE??!!!
