Braced Yesterday
Well, the day came and went. I now have braces (again!). I was told "probably" Inspire ICE is the brand but now that I look at them, they don't match the brackets on the website. I will get some pics together when I have a chance. I am having headaches on and off, taking advil, and my teet...

Getting braced tomorrow - NERVOUS!
I am getting braces tomorrow and I am so nervous. I usually don't mind any dental work - in fact people think I am crazy for looking forward to a dental visit. The thing is is that I am 31, live in Los Angeles (so right there I will probably stick out) and this will be my 2nd time with braces. I cou...

Relocating with Braces
Hi all, I am getting braces this week. I live in Los Angeles but am from NY. I am thinking of moving back to NY within the next 12 - 16 months. My treatment time for braces is estimated 6-10 months. I was just thinking up of the scenario ... what if I need to move back to NY in the middle of my trea...

Clear Braces - Inspire ICE
Well, I am due to get braces next Thursday and I was told that the brand they will "probably" use is www.iceclearbraces.com . The girl told me probably because they might be getting a new brand before then (who knows). Has anyone had any experiences good or bad with this brand of brackets?...

I don't know the brand. I was told they might be using ICE but since they are phasing that brand out at this office that it might be another brand. I will find out tonight when I get my spacers put in. Oh how annoying a second round of braces will be. I am 31 and had braces on for 4 years as a kid! ...

Hi all, This is my first post here. I am getting braces next week.... spacers tonight. Upper and lower clear. I was told they they will be using a "new" type of bracket that speeds up the process so my treatment will be 6-10 months instead of the average 2 years. I am getting a crossbite c...
