Hi freerideUK, I am going to have my surgery tomorrow and I too am worried about what I will look like after the surgery. I know the surgeron is going to widen my upper palate and move my lower jaw forward significantly. I guess I will see. I haven't heard of anyone not being happy with their result...

I have just recently joined this group. I got my hooks put on yesterday (3 on top and 3 on bottom) in preperation for the surgery on Weds coming up. I thought this was too few hooks... but I feel better by finding out you all had the same number!
