hey. i'm a newbie. just got my braces in yesterday. and all i have to say is OUCH! it hurts. especially my palate expander. my tounge is starting to get sore. and my teeth feel like they're going to fall out. any advice? i'm running out of tylenol

hello. i was wondering if someone could put up a before and after pictures of palatal expanders. my orthodontist told me that my smile would be a lot wider and i just wanted to see some pictures. if anyone could help that would be great
